Quality Inn Charbonnier
Every so often, whilst caught up in the routine tasks of operating a business, you are fortunate to encounter someone whose fresh enthusiasm and genuine interest in helping improve, progress and simplify your business catches you unaware. This was the case with Gay from Squiggle.
Following the refurbishment of our suites and conference centre we contacted Gay to down load the new photos on our website and possibly update our information.
Gay happily discussed what our business required. She ascertained our individual needs then explained options as to how they could be best implemented. She customised our project and I felt she had actually adopted my position - almost as if she worked our company.
Revamping our colours to appeal to both our corporate and wedding markets and creatively inserting and photo-shopping the shots to the pages began the project. Adding our conference and wedding packages for clients to download at their convenience simplified things for everyone. Instantly clients had all the information they needed at their fingertips - instantly the company saved hundreds on stationary and ink! A comprehensive one-stop on-line conference and catering booking sheet was created and added. Click the boxes and submit! So easy for time poor executives, so happy our conference co-ordinator and head chef - freed from hours of chasing up information!
Gay then came up with innovated ideas which we had never considered. One was to add a slideshow band of eye-catching shots across the top of the web pages. This transformed our site projecting an of-the-moment image and highlighting our best features.
Adding a new wedding page and enthused, Gay even updated and streamlined our printable wedding package integrating it with our website. Literally days later we had a confirmed wedding booking from this tool alone! I knew a web presence was important but to actually watch the new and upgraded pages convert queries into solid bookings and bottom-line dollars was remarkable! I am now convinced that the power of the internet cannot be underestimated. If it is not on the web, it doesn’t exist as far as the public are concerned. Get it on the web and you mean - and are -‘the business!’
Inspired, and knowing what is now possible, we plan to ask the photographer back so Gay can replace the remainder of the older shots!
It has been a privilege and a joy working with Gay. I could not recommend her enough to any business who wants personal customised service with creative and innovative solutions to ambiguous challenges.
